Today, Claire McCaskill will be attending a joint fundraiser with far-left Arizona Democrat Kyrsten Sinema. McCaskill likes to make herself out to be a moderate who is willing to put partisan politics aside. Yet, she’s campaigning with a candidate who has a well-documented past as a radical, far-left liberal.
Sinema once describes herself as a “Prada socialist,” protested the Iraq war wearing a tutu, and made the list for “The Eight Craziest Candidates of 2012.” Earlier this week, The New York Times revealed holes in Sinema’s story that claims she was as a child as she has consistently claimed.
The donor hosting the event, Jeff Cooper, notably “called President Trump supporters “traitors,” implied conservative ideas were “low IQ” and suggested members of the GOP were members of the KKK.”
It is clear from the company that McCaskill keeps, she is out-of-touch with the values and interests of Missouri voters. McCaskill is far more liberal than she likes to present herself. As President Trump said in Missouri last week, “a vote for Claire McCaskill is a vote for Nancy Pelosi and Chuck Schumer.”
